Production & Processing Time

Every piece from Global Coin Jewelry is meticulously handcrafted to order. Our standard turnaround time before shipping is 3 to 10 business days.

To maintain our high standards of craftsmanship, we batch our production:

Orders are put into production once a week on Mondays.

These orders will ship by Friday of that week at the latest.

Please note: Orders placed on or after Monday will go into production the following week.

Delays & Exceptions

Production times may occasionally be extended during holiday weeks, for certain sterling silver pendants, or if we need to specially source a coin for your order. If your piece will experience a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly via email.

Shipping Speeds & Transit Times

Please remember that shipping transit times are in addition to our processing times. Depending on the shipping method you choose, domestic packages can take up to 15 business days to arrive from the date of purchase.

Once your ring is crafted and ready to ship, we offer the following options:

Standard Free Shipping: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Typically arrives in 3–10 business days after shipping.

USPS Priority Mail: Paid upgrade. Typically arrives in 2–3 business days after shipping.

USPS Priority Mail Express: Paid upgrade. Typically arrives in 1–2 business days after shipping.
